The Valuegraphics Project

Values Identifier is proud to be part of the Valuegraphics Project.

The Valuegraphics Project was launched in 2015 with the goal of bringing a more values-centric approach to human understanding, moving away from outdated demographic thinking. We believe that by revealing the true power of human values, we can offer a new way to connect, inspire, understand, and unite people worldwide.

Today, the Valuegraphics Project encompasses several key initiatives:

Values Identifier:

This tool helps people identify and understand their values, empowering them to make decisions that align with what matters to them most. This knowledge supports people in living in alignment with their values.

The Valuegraphics Database:

At the heart of the project, this database contains more than a million surveys conducted in 152 languages and 180 countries. It maps 56 human values, making it the first and largest segmentable global inventory of shared values. This data powers all the project’s initiatives.

The Valuegraphics Research Company:

This branch provides organizations with value-based cohort profiling and segmentation models, helping them improve sales, leadership, and employee engagement by understanding what truly matters to their audiences.

Thought Leadership:

Through books, keynote speeches, and other forms of outreach, Valuegraphics Project founder David Allison promotes the vision of a values-driven world, sharing insights and strategies with audiences across disciplines, industries, and around the world.

Valuegraphics Foundation:

The nonprofit arm of the project works with charities and nonprofit organizations, applying valuegraphics insights to enhance their social impact.

Valuegraphics Publishing Company:

This entity produces reports on industries and trends, analyzing them through the lens of the values that drive human behavior.
