What stands out most to me about the Team Values Identifier report is the depth of insight it offers. This isn’t a one-and-done assessment. I keep this report with me. I return to it often. I study it, reflect on it, and use it as a guide for understanding our collective strengths, our natural tensions, and the places where alignment and growth are possible.
