Meet the People Behind the Purpose

We’re a group of social scientists, coaches, data experts, and cutting-edge technology engineers brought together by one shared belief in the importance of values clarity.

Our team knows that when people understand their values and honor what matters most to them, they show up differently: in leadership, in relationships, in life. We’re here to make values clarity accessible, one insight at a time.

Founder & CEO

I believe understanding our values enhances how we live, work, and lead. As a Master Certified Coach with over two decades of experience working with leaders and teams, I’m honored to work alongside an exceptional team building Values Identifier, a category creator in the Global Assessment Services Market bringing data-informed clarity to what drives human behavior and decision-making. What matters most to me is fueling conversations about values that help people and teams move forward with clarity, alignment, and purpose. Outside of work, I find deep meaning in family, friendships, service to others, and creating traditions that strengthen connection across generations.
