The Valuegraphics Project was launched in 2015 to replace outdated demographic thinking with a values-centric approach, offering a new way to connect, inspire, and unite people worldwide.

The Valuegraphics Database
At the heart of the project, this database contains more than a million surveys conducted in 152 languages and 180 countries. It maps 56 core human values, making it the first and largest segmentable global inventory of shared values. This data powers all the project’s initiatives.
The Valuegraphics Research Company
This branch provides organizations with value-based cohort profiling and segmentation models, helping them improve sales, leadership, and employee engagement by understanding what truly matters to their audiences.
Thought Leadership
